• Virtual receptionist - We will answer calls with either your company's name or a greeting of your choice. They will be dealt with in accordance with your instructions, be they a message taken and passed on (by telephone, fax, email or text message); calls transferred to your mobile, home, office or any other designated number; calls transferred to designated members of staff or transferred to your virtual PA.
• Virtual PA - A dedicated PA with back-up team will be assigned to you. Your PA will come to fully understand you and your business, enabling them to make effective and informed decisions on your behalf.
• Virtual assistants - We will provide admin/clerical support by carrying out tasks such as mail merges, data entry, conference material preparation, etc.
• Virtual department - We will work in the background as an extension of your company, carrying out all admin/clerical tasks required for the smooth running of a department such as routine correspondence, handling phone and email enquiries, logging payments, updating records, etc.
