What sizes can you copy?
We can copy up to A0 in both black and white and colour.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We can accept cash, cheques (with supporting cheque guarantee card) and debit / credit cards (including the ones shown).

Can I open an account with you?
Yes, subject to acceptance. Just get in touch and we will send you an application form.

Do you offer a free collection or delivery service?
No - we charge a nominal fee for those who require either collection or delivery rather than charging it on through or service costs, as many clients still prefer to arrange this themselves.

We work with highly sensitive documentation. Can we be assured that your operations are secure?
We understand that client confidentiality is of paramount importance, and that sometimes work needs to be carried out outwith normal working hours with only senior members of staff left on the premises. We can also operate with a client representative present if required, or hand-deliver the completed work directly to a designated recipient. Should it be necessary, we are happy to sign any non-disclosure agreements.

NB - Stewart Secretarial Services is registered under the Data Protection Act to hold and manage data on our clients' behalf. We hold a consumer Credit Licence, allowing us to collect payments and negotiate repayment directly with the clients' debtors.
